Refund & Return Policy

As we deal in customised and bulk corporate gifts, returns and refunds are handled on a case-to-case basis.

• Refunds are only applicable in case of defective or damaged products received.
• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with supporting proof (photos/videos).
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
• Products customised with logos/branding are not eligible for return unless defective.
